You may use the website to learn about EvrenCloud and its services, and to contact us. You must not:

- upload or send viruses, malware or any harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, for example by overloading it with requests or running automated scraping tools;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or give false information in our forms;
- send spam, unsolicited advertising or abusive content through our forms or contact channels.
We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.

Content on the website is for general information about EvrenCloud and its services. It is not professional advice and it is not an offer to provide services.
- Pricing: sample invoices and figures on the Pricing page are for illustration only. Actual prices are set out in the quote we give you.
- Service levels: figures such as uptime percentages and response times describe our standard service. The service levels that apply to you are only those in your signed agreement.
- Reference scenarios: scenarios on the website illustrate our delivery approach and methodology. They are not accounts of specific client engagements.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
5. Our services
Using the website does not create a contract for any EvrenCloud service. Our cloud and managed services are provided only under a separate written agreement, quote or order. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.
6. Information you send us
When you use the contact form, email us or send us your CV, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it, including any details about your company.
Please don't send confidential or sensitive information, such as passwords or system credentials, through the website. If we need such information to work with you, we will agree a secure way to share it.

7. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, pictures, illustrations, logos, the EvrenCloud name and the site's design, belong to EvrenCloud or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data through the website, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue to apply. If we don't enforce any right under these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
