1. Who we are
This website is operated by EvrenCloud Solutions Private Limited (“EvrenCloud”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its office at 7th Floor, Pranava Business Park, Gachibowli-Miyapur Road, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500084, India.
For personal data you share with us through this website, EvrenCloud is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). This means we decide why and how your data is used, and we are responsible for protecting it.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we receive when you visit this website, fill in the contact form, email us, send us your CV, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
It does not cover data that our customers store or run on EvrenCloud's cloud services. That data is handled under the agreement we sign with each customer, where we act on the customer's instructions.
3. Personal data we collect
| When | What we collect |
|---|---|
| You fill in the contact form | First and last name, work email, phone number (optional), company name, the service you are interested in, and your message. |
| You send your CV to careers@evrencloud.com | Your name, contact details, and whatever your CV and email contain, such as work history, education and skills. |
| You email, call or message us on WhatsApp | Your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message or call notes. |
| You browse the website | Technical data our server records automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time, and the referring page. |
We only ask for what we need. Please don't send sensitive information through the contact form, such as passwords, bank details or government ID numbers.
4. Why we use your personal data
- To answer your enquiry: to reply to you, understand your requirements, prepare a quote and follow up on that enquiry.
- To consider you for a job: to assess your CV against current and future openings and contact you about them.
- To run and secure the website: to keep the site working, detect misuse and attacks, and fix faults.
- To meet legal obligations: where the law requires us to keep or share information, for example with courts or government authorities.
When you fill in the form, email us or send your CV, you choose to give us this data for the purpose described above. The DPDP Act allows us to use it for that purpose unless you tell us you don't want us to. If we ever want to use your data for anything else, such as sending newsletters, we will ask for your consent first.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
WordPress may set essential cookies when an administrator logs in to manage the site; these are not set for ordinary visitors. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
The website loads its fonts from a third-party web font service, so your browser connects to that service and shares your IP address with it when a page loads.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business. They act on our instructions, must keep your data secure, and may not use it for their own purposes.
| Type of service provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Email delivery service | Delivers contact form messages to our mailbox. |
| Business email and productivity provider | Hosts our company email, where enquiries and CVs are received and stored. |
| Web font service | Serves the fonts used on the website. |
| Messaging service | Carries your messages if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp. |
If you would like the names of the service providers that have received your personal data, email grievance@evrencloud.com and we will tell you.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a buyer or successor if EvrenCloud's business is merged or sold, who must then protect it under this policy.
7. Transfers outside India
Some of the service providers listed above may store or process personal data outside India. We transfer data abroad only as the DPDP Act allows, and never to a country the Central Government has restricted.
8. How long we keep it
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries from the contact form, email, calls and WhatsApp | 2 years from your last contact with us, unless you become a customer, in which case your customer agreement applies. |
| CVs and job applications | 1 year from when we receive them, unless you join EvrenCloud. |
| Website server logs | 1 year, as required by the DPDP Rules, 2025. |
After that we delete the data, unless another law requires us to keep it for longer. You can also ask us to delete it sooner (see section 10).
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the website and access limited to staff who need it.
If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act and Rules require, including what happened, the likely impact and what you can do to protect yourself.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Get information: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correct and update: ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Nominate: name another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or are unable to do so.
- Raise a grievance: complain to us about how we handle your data (see section 11), and then, if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, email grievance@evrencloud.com with your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You can also ask for this policy in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by writing to the same address.
